Most of us have learned that networking online is a vital part of
making our businesses successful. What exactly is networking?
Networking is sharing. Sharing ideas, sharing resources,
sharing reputable leads, establishing friendships, finding new
clients, becoming a mentor, and supporting each other. These are all
forms of networking. You must be willing to help each other,
and be a trustworthy friend.

great places to start networking and building the relationships that
you will need to get ahead.
The Mom Pack :: This is a great promotional resource for family
friendly mom websites. They actually do offline and online
advertising swaps, and have more than one program available.
This is a FREE resource, they promote these "Mom Packs" offline
around their community. There is also a Mom Text Links Program
that enables websites to place a list of links on their website for
increased link exchanges.

Ryze :: Ryze
is an online business networking website that provides a Free & Paid
Membership. It has recently become more popular, and is said
to be a GREAT Networking Resource.
Groups :: There are online Groups that are free to
start and maintain. Groups can be a great tool as long as you
state clearly what the goal is for the group. Many times,
people will join a group just to advertise and not actually network.
There are some great groups out there, but it might take a few to
find them. Take a look at
Yahoo and
MSN
for starters.
Chat Sessions :: The best networking website that I
have come across for online businesses is Internet Based Moms.
They place a public schedule of their chat sessions
