Breathe and Take It Easy!
Engage yourself on the path toward well-being and bliss. Yes, it
exists! Leave your stress at the door for just 15 minutes a day, and forget the
crazy pace that pushes your limits close to insanity. This week, breathe and
take it easy.
Consciously breathing increases your energy level and reduces fatigue.
Increasing oxygen levels in your bloodstream is key to increasing the energy
available to your mind and to your body. Did you know that 70 percent of our
energy comes from the air we breathe?
Practice the following exercise anywhere -- at work, at home watching TV, in the
car:
As you breathe in, focus on your abdomen just below your ribs pushing out. As
you exhale, your abdomen comes back in. It's a small, gentle motion, and will
feel like you're breathing down into your belly.
This short exercise will bring quick and effective relaxation. Practice five or
ten breaths to start, whenever and wherever you want. Feel free to do more and
after a while you may notice yourself doing it naturally and at all times. It is
important to be in the moment and breathe consciously.
Melusine Tip!!!
Visualize yourself breathing in and out a light blue color. It will enhance
relaxation, calm and composure.
